Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
IngredientsDouble pie crust
2 1/2 cups strawberries, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 2 1/2 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour |
MethodPreheat oven to 400˚ F.
In a large bowl, toss strawberries and rhubarb with sugar and flour. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Cover with second crust, either as a single sheet, or as a lattice. Bake for 40-50 minutes until bubbling and brown. Let cool. |
