Chocoballs
INgredients2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 tbsp milk 3/4 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 2 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup chopped pecans Extra sugar for rolling |
MethodPreheat oven to 350˚ F.
Microwave chocolate and milk in small bowl until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add chocolate mixture, then flour and salt. Stir in pecans. Roll into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Do not overbake. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Place on wire racks to cool completely. Makes 3 dozen. |
