Apple Crisp
Ingredients4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup flour 1 cup oats 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 6 tbsp butter, softened |
MethodPreheat oven to 375˚ F. Grease an 8 to 9 inch square baking pan.
Arrange apples in pan. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut butter into flour mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples. Bake 30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. |
