Pancakes
Ingredients1 egg
1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp vegetable oil 3/4 cup milk 1 cup flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt For cornmeal pancakes: Substitute 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal for 1/2 cup of the flour. |
MethodIn medium bowl, beat egg, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in oil and milk. Add dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Cook in a large pan or griddle over medium heat. Makes about 10 3-inch pancakes. |
