IngredientsSingle pie crust
1 cup brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 Tbsp flour 2 eggs 2 Tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 cup pecans |
MethodPreheat oven to 375˚ F.
Make crust and line an 8" pie plate. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, sugar, and flour. In another, larger bowl, beat the eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir the sugar and flour into the egg mixture. Fold in the pecans. Pour into the pie crust and bake for 40-50 minutes until just set. Serve with whipped cream. |
