Spiced Nuts
Ingredients1 egg white
3 cups whole pecans 1/3 cup sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp nutmeg |
MethodPreheat oven to 250˚ F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.
Beat egg white until foamy. Pour over nuts and stir to coat. Combine spices and toss with nuts to coat. Spread on prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool slightly and break apart. Store in an airtight container. |
