Pumpkin Pie

2 eggs 1 16-oz can pumpkin puree 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp cloves 1 13-oz can evaporated milk |
MethodPreheat oven to 425˚ F.
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in pumpkin and sugar. Add spices and salt. Stir in evaporated milk. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350˚ F and bake another 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Let cool on wire rack. |
